I am collaborating with macrobiotic counsellor and transformation coach Nicky Clinch on the 'Being in Heart' event series - deeply immersive transformational 3 hour workshops to help you transition from HEAD to HEART living.
 

This is NOT about finding love, it is about BEING love so your life will reflect all that you are. Nicky will lead you through guided heart meditations, heart breathing and teach you powerful tools to break through the blockages and beliefs that stand in your hearts way. Inner work to realign you with who you REALLY are so your life can click back into FLOW.

I will then be closing the evening with a powerful Vibrational Sound Healing Session, where we'll be working specifically on softening our hearts and balancing the masculine and feminine energies.
